Location: Home Based (must live within commutable distance to Sunderland)

tombola is a family owned company which operates the UK's, Spain's Denmark’s, Sweden’s and Italy's biggest on-line bingo website.

Our approach is different to many of our competitors in that we produce all of our games ourselves; in fact just about every aspect of tombola is managed in-house.

What will you do?

Successful candidates will be joining an existing team of home-based Customer Service Agents who support players on the Spanish version of the tombola website (

To be a success in this role you will have:

  • Spanish as your mother tongue.
  • Good conversational and written English.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team.
  • The flexibility and dependability required for shift work.
  • Great people skills (patience and diplomacy are required on occasion!).
  • IT skills covering computers and mobile devices and the ability to problem solve customer issues remotely.
  • Access to a computer and a reliable broadband connection, as well as an appropriate work station, including an office chair.

You’ll use the above to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop an expert-level knowledge of the site and games.
  • Be part of our Daily Task Rota (which includes activities such as: verifications, sin/ban processing, winners, complaints and failed transactions. These are managed via live chat, email and phone conversations.
  • Communicate important or unresolved issues to the rest of the team.

Additional Role Detail:


Permanent: 20h/week

Monday: 19:30-23:30

Tuesday: 19:30-23:30

Wednesday: 19:30-23:30

Sunday: 7:30 – 15:30
