tombola is a family owned company which operates the UK's biggest on-line bingo website. Our approach is different to many of our competitors in that we produce all of our games ourselves; in fact just about every aspect of tombola is managed in-house. The future of tombola could not be brighter as we look to build on our existing market-leading presence.

Location - Home Based (must ideally live in the northeast - for training, meetings etc) Working from home may be the new normal for many, however this is something we have always done, and we are pretty proud of! We are really pleased to confirm we will be expanding our customer service team with full or part time positions based from home, permanently!

What will you do?

Successful candidates will be joining an existing team of Customer Service Advisors who support players via live chat, email and telephone as well as social media channels. 

To be a success in this role you will have:

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills with the passion to provide first point resolution with each and every player interaction.
  • Great self-management skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. We require advisors to be able to work well under pressure during busy times.
  • Flexibility and adaptability – IT skills covering computers and mobile devices and the ability to problem solve customer issues remotely.
  • Passion, a positive attitude, and friendly personality – we’re all about community and we’re looking for individuals who possess great people skills to help resolve player queries.
  • Appropriate workspace and equipment – (Laptop / desktop alongside a suitable home office area).
  • Be a native Danish speaker.

 You will use the above to:

  • Provide exceptional support to our players.
  • Develop an expert-level knowledge of the tombola website and games.
  • Be part of our Additional Tasks rota (which includes activities such as: verifications, winner processing, complaints, failed transactions, Social Media interactions and support. These are managed via live chat, email and telephone.
  • Communicate important or unresolved issues to the rest of the team.
  • Assist our Marketing and Product departments with translations, testing, research, and ad-hoc task.
  • Possibility to assist colleagues or team manager with admin tasks and other ad hoc tasks

When would you be working?

Customer Support (DK) is open from 7am (UK time) to 11pm (UK time) shifts take the format of 4 hours. 7am-11am, 11am-3pm, 3pm-7pm, 7pm-11pm. On Saturday and Sunday we open at 11am and close at 11pm.

We will have a range of shifts available (20 – 40 hour contracts), however these will include evenings and weekends, with the possibility of some day shifts (7am-3pm). Available patterns will be discussed at interview stage.
